“Making the Impossible Possible“
KREEPSVILLE
Not a fan of me or my work, became my biggest professional advocate and close friend.
New business/key global account that did not want to speak with or work with me! I took the initiative to meet new client at her booth and after months of account touch points where she expressed her issues and concerns, Kreepsville contracted the following show cycle with a 100 sq. ft., and increased booth to 400 sq. ft. following 2 show cycles. This client became a great friend, and recommends me to other clients, and partnerships. Her word of mouth grew my relations and reputation in the industry.
SIAMAK’S CAR COMPANY
Previous company churned client I received as new lead. Through discovery meetings client realized women buyers were his target market for new car dealership location.
Siamak’s Car Company was a previously churned client that left Comcast years before, Siamak the owner of the car dealership, was very unsatisfied with the level of customer service he had received, and felt their initial campaign was a waste of dollars, ineffective, and did not address their business concerns and marketing goals. Siamak then decided to work with competitor company shortly afterwards. I visited Siamak’s dealership consistently stopping by, after months of building trust with Siamak, understanding his current business needs, and product research and client discovery of additional needs and marketing objectives – I launched a successful mixed media/social media marketing campaign targeting women car buyers and decisio-makers in 2015, for 2 consecutive quarters, with potential smaller budgets for remaining non- peak quarters.
ROBERSON RV
A TOUGH client who did not believe in digital marketing methods, won him over with digital inventory display on his streaming interactive commercial.
Roberson RV is a client with a long-standing family legacy within local Oregon communities. His marketing needs were based on locals having a misperception of what he actually has to offer in-house compared to the larger city RV retailers. Clients would drive past his location over 50 miles to be serviced by competitors. Through many visits, meetings, and building his trust- I was able to have him invest in a dedicated online /social media presence, showing him how he can manage/display digital inventory, and show the local community why is his family legacy/business is truly successful- because of their amazing customer service and care they give to each person who walks into Roberson.
RESULT: Campaign was highly successful, Roberson was a TOUGH client who believed in traditional marketing and sales methods – he did not believe in any online presence. He loved my football/baseball tv guy pitch , and he loved the idea of having live inventory displayed in online ads. Roberson increased their contract from 1 – 3 month budget to a solid 3 year contract to lock in rates and sports packages!
STEADY CLOTHING
Previous company churned client I received as new lead. Client had lost all trust in company. Exceeded client vision, developed relationship, and delivered innovative marketing solutions.
Key brand had horrible past experiences doing business at WWDMAGIC, lost trust in working with event organizer. I initiated extra TLC visiting their showroom, and their community gatherings & festivals. Presented creative marketing/sponsorship activations, afterparty, banner displays, with vintage auto display sponsorship. Finally gained trust back, client contracted for 100 sq. ft., eventually increasing to 20x40/800 sq. ft. of additional new business and developed new accounts through client referrals.
DESIGUAL
Upset anchor brand, turned into a winning opportunity.
Key global account, consulted and developed recommendations based on discovery meetings with top decision makers. Increased brand reach, marketing initiatives and budget spend, and discovery of needs. Resulting in an increase from 1000 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. of exhibit space over a 2 year growth cycle.Almost lost key account due to onsite logistical issues that really upset client. Through creative client problem solving, successfully resolved issues in 1 day during a live show, and continued to grow partnership over the next 2 years.
LUCKY 13

The Lucky 13 brand was a key account and well-known brand in tattoo, muscle car , and rock & roll culture that left WWDMagic show floor 8 years prior as a result of unsuccessful ROI, and horrible customer service experience. Client did not feel valued by previous Sales Manager.
I tried to schedule an initial meeting in 2011 and was rejected by the client, they were still furious with WWDMAGIC and expressed their disappointment and untrustworthiness of the WWDMAGIC brand. I then decided to try a different and more personable approach and visited them at local festivals throughout 2011 and work my way up to warm up to their team. Finally in 2012 I was able to land a key meeting at the Lucky 13 showroom in Orange County, CA. And I also planned a collaborative trip with Retail Relations department head to give client extra support and evaluate better efforts across multiple fronts, so we may receive valuable feedback and a better understanding of their buyer needs and what we can do to help meet their needs this time around. Through discovery efforts I was able to offer marketing incentives, evaluate their lookbook and offer product strategy and branding guidance, and fulfill their buyer wishlist, and addressed key ROI and branding concerns. With additional consistent follow up and genuine empathy, this gave way to open negotiations and communication towards end of 2012. Lucky 13 return to the show floor in 2013! With an initial small presence of 200. Sq. Ft. This was a major step forward and an integral part to my newly created destination category – WWDMAGIC Alternative.
FINAL RESULTS: Lucky 13 became one of the main and largest anchor brands within the category and show floor area! Increasing their booth size from 200 sq. ft. to 600 sq. ft by following show cycle. Because of their successful launch and key presence, Lucky 13 gave me great recommendations and referrals to other clients. I received numerous leads through their word of mouth efforts.
Lucky 13 was even offered free booths and marketing by a competitor trade show if they were to sign a multi-show contract; they declined and stayed with me at WWDMAGIC for the following year. They stated they rejected the competitive offer based on the high level of customer service I offered them, the great partnership relations we built, and the follow-through and client loyalty I worked to build with them over the years they finally found a home on my show floor.
INNOVATOR | EXPLORER EXPERIENTIALIST

I am a second-generation Latina with a unique perspective; I consider myself passionately curious. It drives me to ask questions, explore new places, and move to 2 states to do what I love the most! In my professional journey of 10+ years, I have grown to understand where my passion lies; at the intersection of building authentic partnerships, finding new growth opportunities, product & social media marketing, and creative digital media. Some of my true joys include devouring pop culture trends, esports and mobile gaming, cooking, travel, my cat Kensington, and getting lost in all things social media and influencer fandom/creator related. Add to this a dollop of “making the impossible possible”, to my plate; I thrive in the most demanding and challenging environments and have worked on a number of collaborative projects. I take pride in the work I do and in the long-term relationships that I’ve built with my clients, teammates, and mentors. I am a firm believer in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way!
Exploring the Pacific Northwest with my partner Brian is one of my favorite things to do. Thanks for exploring my website, poke around and if you’d like to connect, please don’t hesitate to get in touch!
